When we first visited, we found a property with wonderful potential but in need of major updates. The layout and finishes were outdated, and while the home featured a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, it lacked the warmth and functionality we envision for modern living. Applying our Homely 5:5 Renovation Concept, we began by transforming the kitchen and bathroom with fresh, contemporary fixtures and finishes. Next, we added natural wooden floors throughout to enhance the home’s charm and comfort, upgraded the windows for energy efficiency, and repainted every room to bring light and vibrancy to the space.
