The Family Home

Built high on a hill in a privileged south-facing position, the nearest city is only a 5-min drive away. With fast connections into Zürich, Bern and Geneva, the location is perfect for regular commuters. We bought this property in what is known as “Rohbau”, or an empty shell. All fixtures and fittings were added by us.

Again, we employed the homely concept and looked for possibilities to add value, for example by integrating the adjacent basement into the apartment and turning it into a laundry/mudroom, repositioning the kitchen so that the stove faces out to the terrace and adding built-in cabinetry for ample storage.
