  Sustainable Living Rooted in History

Following a two-year search, we finally found this remarkable 6.2-acre (2.5-hectare) estate in San Joan, featuring a 19th-century ruin. We will be restoring and repurposing it to honour the finca’s historical roots while creating a functional and sustainable space that aligns with biodynamic principles.

Currently, the farm grows barley through a longstanding pact with a local farmer, and we’re committed to maintaining this partnership to support local agricultural traditions. Plans include restoring the original structure as a family finca and retreat space with organic materials and an energy-efficient design. The surrounding land will be cultivated using sustainable practices, enhancing the landscape and fostering a peaceful, self-sufficient retreat.
