- Basic personal data (name, address, birth data, etc.);
- Contact details (mobile number, email address, etc.);
- Financial data (e.g., account details);
- Online identifiers (e.g., cookie identifiers, IP addresses);

We treat your data confidentially and according to the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We pay attention to a transparent and proportionate processing.
If we are exceptionally unable to follow these principles, the data processing may still be lawful because a justification exists. Such justifications may include:
- Your consent;
- The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures;
- Our legitimate interests, provided your interests do not override.
3.3 How can you revoke your consent?
If you have given us consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, we process your data within the scope of this consent, as long as we have no other legal basis.
You have the possibility to revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to the address mentioned in the imprint. Data processing that has already occurred is not affected by this.
3.4 In which cases can we disclose your data to third parties?

We point out that we do not receive any information about the content of the transmitted data or their use by the operators.
c. Disclosure abroad
In the course of processing, your personal data may be transmitted to companies abroad. These companies are obliged to data protection to the same extent as we are. The transfer may take place worldwide.
If the level of data protection is not equivalent to that of Switzerland, we perform a preliminary risk assessment and ensure contractually that the same protection as in Switzerland is guaranteed (e.g., using the new standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or other legally prescribed measures). If our risk assessment is negative, we take additional technical measures to protect your data. You can retrieve the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission at the following link. https://commission.europa.eu/publications/standard-contractual-clauses-controllers-and-processors-eueea_de

We may restrict or deny the provision of information or data output if it contradicts our legal obligations, legitimate own or public interests, or the interests of a third party.
The processing of your request is subject to the legal processing period of 30 days. However, we may extend this period due to high volumes of requests, for legal or technical reasons, or because we need further information from you. You will be informed about the extension of the period in a timely manner, at least in text form.
b. Deletion and correction
You always have the option to request the deletion or correction of your data. We may reject the request if legal provisions oblige us to longer or unchanged retention, or if a permitting circumstance opposes your request.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”), on our website. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. In the case of activating IP anonymization on this website, however, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a server of Google in the USA and shortened there.

The service ensures the triggering of other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
By using the Google Tag Manager, automated scripts (so-called tags) can be activated on our website, and data from your browser can be transmitted to Google.
